The Alberto Braglia stadium is getting a new look and is preparing to welcome Modena's next home matches in a completely renewed light, thanks to the conclusion of an impressive functional restyling and energy efficiency intervention. The novelty will officially debut during the first home match against Avellino, set for Sunday 6 September at 3pm, but the real scenographic and luminous potential of the structure will be fully appreciated during the evening match on 20 September against Empoli. The symbolic moment of the first operational ing was held on the evening of Thursday 3 September at 8pm, with the formal switching on of the spotlights in the presence of the mayor Massimo Mezzetti, the president of the club Carlo Rivetti and a large delegation of the local administration and construction site technicians. The inauguration preceded by an hour the subsequent public ceremony of presentation of the Canary team to its supporters, which took place in the evocative setting of Largo Sant'Agostino as part of a festive evening entirely dedicated to the yellow and blue colours. In his speech, Mayor Mezzetti expressed profound satisfaction with respect for the agreed deadlines, thanking the municipal workers and technicians for the work carried out and underlining how the system now respects the parameters required by FIGC and UEFA for the benefit of the entire citizenry.
