News: The mayor Roberto Lagalla and the deputy mayor with responsibility for the Budget and Heritage Brigida Alaimo commented on the approval in the City Council of the resolution relating to the new agreement between the Municipality of Palermo and Palermo FC for the redevelopment and management of the Nuovo Barbera. Lagalla and Alaimo defined the House's vote as a fundamental moment for the future of the plant and the entire city. The press release also highlights that the approved text incorporates the additions shared during the discussion on 29 July between the municipal administration, the competent offices and the representatives of Palermo FC. The Administration also specifies that the signing of the new agreement remains subject to the presentation of a new sworn Economic-Financial Plan (PEF), consistent with the changes approved by the City Council. Finally, Lagalla and Alaimo underline how the Municipality has completed all the obligations within its competence and hope for a rapid conclusion of the process.
