In a joint note, the city councilors Antonino Randazzo, Giuseppe Miceli and Concetta Amella underline how the approval of the project represents a decisive step for the future of the Sicilian capital. M5S representatives explain that they have convincingly supported the measure because they consider the work a great opportunity for Palermo. The five-star group also highlights that it has approached the process with "responsibility and a constructive spirit", putting exclusively the city's interest at the centre. Finally, the M5S underlines how the approval of the resolution represents an important step also in view of Palermo's candidacy for Euro 2032.
