News: The group leader of the Fratelli d'Italia group in the city council, Giuseppe Milazzo, commented enthusiastically on the approval of the agreement scheme and the resolution for the modernization of the Nuovo Barbera, defining the vote in the Chamber as a historic stage for Palermo. «The approval in the City Council of the agreement scheme and the resolution for the modernization of the Renzo Barbera stadium represents a historic day for Palermo. Milazzo then reviewed the work carried out by the City Council, underlining the commitment made during the process that led to the approval of the resolution. Special thanks go to Palermo FC for the important investment planned and to the regional and national government for supporting the works. Today Palermo takes a fundamental step towards the future, with the awareness that the new Barbera can become the symbol of a city that grows, invests and becomes a protagonist again on the national and international scene".
