At the "Barbera" there is a proof of strength and enormous character from Palermo, which overturns Vicenza with a 3-1 final and flies to +6 on the second in the standings. The game immediately climbs up for the rosanero: at the 2′ Brighenti it takes guests on the development of a corner football, with the network validated after a short check of the VAR. Palermo suffers in the first half of the race, saved at 15′ and 35′ by two providential interventions of Perin (first on Morra counterfoot, then on Pietrelli). In the fractional final, however, the team rises: after a goal canceled to Johnsen for outage to 36′, the insistence of the hosts pays in full recovery (45'+5′). At the end of a convulsed action with various rebates on Vavassori's pitches, Johnsen is right to take a walk on 1-1.
