Palermo sides with the Provincial Association of Chefs and Pastry Chefs of Palermo, which has the task of organizing a Culinary Team – within the FIC, the Italian Federation of Chefs. Palermo, agreement with the Provincial Association of Chefs and Pastry Chefs of Palermo“Palermo FC is alongside the Provincial Association of Chefs and Pastry Chefs of Palermo, which within the Italian Federation of Chefs (FIC), brings its Culinary Team to represent the Sicilian capital in the most important national and international cooking competitions. By virtue of the agreement, the Palermo logo will accompany the chefs in their competitive commitments and in a series of joint initiatives, with events organized at the Renzo Barbera Stadium (in the hospitality rooms and on special occasions), as well as at the Palermo CFA in Torretta. On these occasions the Culinary Team Palermo will be the protagonist of show cooking, tastings, technical demonstrations and masterclasses, helping to enrich the experiential offer linked to the rosanero world.
