News: Palermo, changes: Inzaghi ready to launch the four-man defense and the tridentDespite it being his trademark, at least in recent seasons, Palermo coach Filippo Inzaghi seems intent on changing the skin of the team and putting aside his 3-5-2 for a more offensive formation like the 4-3-3 or its 4-2-3-1 variant which was bearing fruit in the return match against Catanzaro. And the work of the club will also focus on this new module, which will therefore have to make players suitable for this game system available to the coach, strengthening in particular the external attack lanes and the defense. Unlike last year, however, a hard core is already there in Palermo and it just needs to be touched up to try to further raise the bar and conquer one of the first two places. This is being discussed in Manchester, because we will soon have to move on to the operational phase. The objective, in fact, is to deliver almost all the reinforcements to Inzaghi for the start of the retreat (10 July) in Santa Cristina in Val Gardena.
