Palermo, double session in Torretta: Inzaghi prepares the challenge…
News: Palermo’s move towards the away match against Pescara continues. Today the rosanero, led by Filippo Inzaghi, had a double training session at the Torretta sports centre. During the morning work, the team was divided into two groups: one part carried out strength exercises in the gym, while the other concentrated on specific exercises for departments. In the afternoon, after a technical warm-up phase with bulls, the group worked on defensive tactics, before closing the day with a 5-on-5 match with the goalposts. Palermo therefore continues to prepare with intensity and attention to detail for the Adriatic match, a crucial match both for the rosanero’s promotion bid and for Pescara’s salvation ambitions.
