Palermo, double sitting in Torretta: athletics and work on
Double training session today in Torretta for Palermo. The team coached by Filippo Inzaghi continued the preparation for Palermo CFA alternating athletic work and exercises with the ball. As communicated by Palermo FC, during the morning session the rosanero performed athletics. In the afternoon, however, the team made a technical heating, followed by an exercise on the ball possession and by small sided games. Then the work of the rosanero continues under the orders of Filippo Inzaghi in Torretta.
