Palermo, Elenito Di Liberatore is the new referee

Palermo adds a highly experienced figure to their organization chart. Elenito Di Liberatore, former international referee assistant, will be the new Referee Liaison Officer of the Rosanero club. His task will be to represent the club in relations with the refereeing world, making available to Palermo the wealth of skills gained during a long career at the highest levels of Italian and international football. Born in Notaresco in 1973, Di Liberatore began his career as a referee before becoming assistant referee in the 2000/01 season. His debut in Serie A came in 2006, while in 2009 he was appointed FIFA international assistant.
