Here comes the definitive condemnation for Pasquale Minardi, former leader of the group ultrà Borgo Vecchio Sisma, subsequently confluent in the Lower North Curve. The decision dates back to last August, but the measure was deposited only now. Some of the defendants had been declared in that place, while the penalty for association with the criminal was reduced by eight months.
