News: The city of Palermo is preparing to say its final farewell to little Alessia La Rosa, the young Rosanero fan who passed away last night at the age of eight after fighting her battle with extraordinary courage. To pay homage to her, a funeral chapel will be set up inside the press room of the Renzo Barbera Stadium, the home of Palermo, a symbolic place of the great love that the little girl had for the pink and black colours. According to what ANSA has learned, the body is expected in the Viale del Fante facility no earlier than 1.30 pm. The choice of the stadium for the final farewell represents a gesture full of meaning and ifies to the strong bond that united Alessia to Palermo and to the entire rosanero community. In these hours there have been many messages of condolence and closeness arriving from the world of sport and from the fans, gathered around the family of the little "warrior".
