Palermo, Inzaghi focuses on the Finns
News: Tuttosport – Palermo, Inzaghi focuses on the Finns As we read in Luigi Butera’s piece on Tuttosport, the calendar now offers Palermo four decisive stages before the direct clash at Monza: Südtirol, Pescara, Mantova and Carrarese. According to Luigi Butera’s analysis on Tuttosport, Inzaghi relies on the Finnish Joronen-Pohjanpalo axis to fuel the run-up. The first is a guarantee between the posts: twelve clean sheets in 24 appearances and the best saves-shots conceded ratio in the championship. Arriving as a free agent in the summer, also thanks to Bardi’s injury, the goalkeeper quickly established himself, becoming a technical and charismatic cornerstone. As Luigi Butera highlights again on Tuttosport, Palermo’s fourth place includes a lot of Joronen’s contribution, protagonist in several matches with decisive interventions.
