"Palermo, Inzaghi thinks how to arm the door"
Palermo departs from Empoli with a precise goal: to find defensive solidity. The formation of Filippo Inzaghi, protagonist of a positive start of championship, must still solve some critical issues in the phase of non-possession. The numbers speak clear: in the first five days of Serie B, the rosanero kept the door only once, cashing five goals in the next four games. As Antonio La Rosa points out, the only seasonal clean sheet in the championship dates back to the first day, when Palermo exceeded Juve Stabia for 1-0 at Renzo Barbera. Since then, the Inzaghi team has always suffered at least one network, showing a vulnerability on which the technician and his staff worked during the stopover for the Nationals.
