Palermo, Mazzitelli is the first purchase of the January
Somewhat surprisingly, yesterday evening, the announcement of a new purchase from Palermo arrived, which hired the expert midfielder Luca Mazzitelli, who had released himself from Como. A strategic operation, and clearly functional for the future. He is the first purchase on the January transfer market. No, no typo in what was written, even if the repair session is far away and the summer one has just ended, on which the curtain fell at 8pm on Tuesday 1st September. The class of 1995 is spoken of as the "first purchase of January", because, as far as the championship is concerned, Mazzitelli will not be able to take the field, being an over: Palermo in fact has a full list, and the player will not be able to be included in it until January. However, he will be able to play in the Italian Cup matches, to give his teammates a breather and perhaps preserve those further back in condition and also – above all – to put minutes into his legs.
