Palermo, Niall Quinn returns to Barbera 36 years after
A dip in the past at Renzo Barbera. Niall Quinn returned to the playing ground of the Palermo stadium to 36 years from '90 Italy, reliving the goal made with the Irish jersey right in Palermo. A return from strong symbolic value also for the link with Manchester City, another career club of the former attacker. To tell the moment was the Palermo FC through its social channels, posting a video in which Quinn returns exactly to the area where that network was born. "It's exactly here," says the former attacker, rebuilding the action and pointing directly on the playing ground the movements that preceded the goal. Within 36 years, memories are still sharp.
