Palermo, over and under: the updated lists and the regulations
News: Palermo, like all Serie B clubs, must follow precise rules when compiling lists during the transfer market. Below is a clear and updated overview of the regulations in force and the criteria governing the composition of the squad at the end of the summer session. As regards List B, reserved for players under 23 (born on or after 1 January 2002), there are no limits: clubs can include an unlimited number. The list system is designed to balance experience and perspective, encouraging the growth of young people and, at the same time, rewarding continuity in technical projects. For this reason, clubs are called upon to plan market operations very carefully, evaluating each purchase and sale based on the regulatory requirements and the overall structure of the squad.
