Palermo, Pohjanpalo is looking for an away goal in Avellino
Palermo is clinging more and more to Pohjanpalo's leadership. After the brace in the Italian Cup against Mantua and the first center in the championship scored on Monday against Sampdoria – which came after the decisive assist distributed to Johnsen in the match against Juve Stabia -, the Finnish striker is called upon to lead the offensive department in the away match in Avellino. Compared to the past, Pohjanpalo is showing a clear tactical evolution: he appears more generous in his retreat, inclined to tie up the play by coming to get the ball lower down and effective in opening gaps for his teammates to enter. The Giornale di Sicilia writes it. The "Partenio" match represents for Pohjanpalo the opportunity to dispel a personal taboo away from home that has dragged on since last March 8, the date of his last goal away to Carrara.
