Palermo, preparations resume for Avellino: the report
Palermo's preparations resumed this afternoon in Torretta for the next away match against Avellino. After the match against Sampdoria, Filippo Inzaghi's team returned to the field to begin preparing for the next championship match. The session opened with a warm-up phase, before continuing with a tactical exercise dedicated to offensive construction. The work allowed the technical staff to begin to focus attention on the mechanisms to be developed in view of the match against Irpinia. For the players most used against Sampdoria, the program subsequently included aerobic work, aimed at recovering energy after the championship match.
