News: On the day of the 34th anniversary of the Capaci massacre, Palermo stopped once again to remember Giovanni Falcone, Francesca Morvillo and the escort agents murdered by the mafia on 23 May 1992. At Palazzo Jung, during the commemorations dedicated to the magistrate who was the symbol of the fight against Cosa Nostra, the former Palermo captain Fabrizio Miccoli was also present. In the photo, Miccoli appears next to Vincenzo Di Fresco, son of Maria Falcone, in a moment of dialogue and contemplation during the ceremony. An intense day for the city, between memory, reflection and civil participation, 34 years after one of the deepest wounds in Italian history. Palermo continues to remember Falcone and all the victims of the mafia, renewing its commitment to the defense of legality and the fight against organized crime.
