Palermo, resumption of training: differentiated work towards Frosinone
News: Palermo returned to the pitch this afternoon to continue their preparations for the away match against Frosinone, scheduled for the “Benito Stirpe” stadium. As communicated by the Rosanero club, today's session was structured into two distinct groups. The players most used in the match against Avellino carried out aerobic work, aimed at recovering energy after the last official match. The rest of the squad, however, intensified the loads with exercises based on sprints and a small-sided match, useful for keeping the intensity high and working on rhythm and speed in the plays. The journey towards the match against Frosinone therefore continues, a fundamental direct clash in the race for Serie A.
