Palermo-Sampdoria, Inzaghi: "Palermo at the top, this crowd
Filippo Inzaghi commented to Palermo's official microphones on the 3-1 success against Sampdoria, a result that brings the rosanero alone to the top of the Serie B table. The coach is enjoying the moment, but keeping his attention high on the rest of the championship. «We are happy, we know that the top of Serie B has been missing for many years, since 2018. Let's enjoy it, but we haven't done anything, we will have to fight, we see it every match. We are happy, we give continuity of results and then I think this crowd deserved to see the top spot in the standings tonight." Inzaghi then commented on the figure relating to the seven goals scored by Palermo in the first three matchdays, underlining above all the team's reaction after the Sampdoria goal. «It is an important figure. In my opinion tonight we finally took a step forward after conceding the goal. Even if we should have done it a little earlier, but at 2-1 we managed the ball, we were less frenetic.
