Palermo – Sampdoria, stop to Blucerchiati fans: away
Sampdoria will face Palermo without the support of their fans. In view of the match scheduled for Monday 7 September at 8.30pm at the "Renzo Barbera" stadium, valid for the 3rd matchday of Serie B, the Prefect of Palermo has issued two ordinances, dated 1 and 2 September, which provide for restrictive measures for reasons of public order. The most immediate measure concerns the total closure of the away sector, which will therefore not be available to away Blucerchiati supporters. But the restrictions go further: the sale of tickets for all other sectors of the facility has been prohibited to residents of the Liguria region. It is therefore a territorial ban, which effectively excludes anyone who resides in that region from purchasing, regardless of their footballing beliefs.
