Palermo, Serie A needs more. Osti: «The 4-2-3-1 is the right system….
News: In the interview given to Massimiliano Radicini for the Giornale di Sicilia, sporting director Carlo Osti explains how the transition to 4-2-3-1 does not represent a revolution, but an evolution shared with Filippo Inzaghi. During the interview granted to Massimiliano Radicini for the Giornale di Sicilia, the Rosanero manager also takes stock of the first transfer objectives, confirming the closeness of Hernani and Estevez and the ongoing contacts with Cagliari for Luvumbo. As Massimiliano Radicini explains in the Giornale di Sicilia, Palermo is building a team that is functional to their coach's ideas, with particular attention to the offensive wingers and the attacking midfielder, elements considered fundamental in the new playing system. It is a system that he feels is his, which he has already used successfully in the past and which he also believes is suitable for the next Palermo." The words of Carlo Osti, collected by Massimiliano Radicini in the Giornale di Sicilia, confirm Palermo's strategy in view of the new season: a team built around Filippo Inzaghi's 4-2-3-1 and reinforced with profiles capable of increasing quality, unpredictability and competitiveness.
