News: Palermo has a plan and intends to respect it. Alessandro Arena reconstructs the rosanero strategy in the Giornale di Sicilia: the names on the table are heavy – Brunori, Nikolaou, Diakité, Gomes, Blin, Gomis and Bereszynski – and their transfers would significantly lighten the wage bill. Younger profiles such as Appuah, Desplanches, Lund, Corona and Vasic could be brought into retirement, but the chances of staying are minimal: the most likely formula remains the loan. On the opposite front, the management is working to lock down the fixed points: Inzaghi confirmed on the bench, Osti's signature as sporting director is on the way. Augello, Bani, Palumbo, Ranocchia, Johnsen and Pohjanpalo are the backbone of the new Palermo, with Ceccaroni, Peda, Pierozzi and Segre destined to stay.
