News: Palermo returns to the city today at the end of their summer preparations. The long journey home will end in the evening and the fans want to welcome the team in style. The Curva Nord has published a poster on social media calling for the Rosanero people to gather: meeting at 7pm in the square of the "Barbera" stadium, to welcome Inzaghi's team upon their return from Perth. Ticket sales are going swimmingly – over 24,000 attendances are already guaranteed – and the Rosanero club has also decided to open the Curva Sud, which was initially kept closed while waiting to fill the other sectors of the stadium first. Palermo fans are once again responding with enthusiasm.
