Palermo training camp, morning session in the gym: first training…
News: Palermo's retreat continues in Santa Cristina in Val Gardena. Today's morning session took place according to the established programme, with the first team fully engaged in the gym for athletic and physical preparation work. On the pitch of the Mulin da Coi Sports Centre, the youth of the Primavera team joined Filippo Inzaghi's group, who had another opportunity to show off themselves in the eyes of the technical staff. The new arrival Mattia Fortin, made official yesterday, carried out a specific session under the trainer's orders, together with the youngsters Nespola and Balaguss, the latter being the only Primavera involved in the work dedicated to the extreme defenders. Thus ended the morning session of the ninth day of the rosanero's training camp, with the program that saw Inzaghi's group concentrate on physical work, while the Primavera youth had further space to accumulate experience and minutes of training alongside the first team.
