Palermo, tribute to Franco Baresi also from Australia: Inzaghi and…
News: Even over 13 thousand kilometers away, Palermo wanted to pay homage to Franco Baresi, who passed away in recent days. From the Australian tour, the Rosanero club shared on its social channels a moment of contemplation experienced in Perth, with a delegation from the team laying a wreath of flowers in front of the mural dedicated to the Italian football legend. Palermo has entrusted a simple but meaningful message to social media: «There is no distance that the heart cannot bridge. A final farewell to Franco Baresi, even thousands of kilometers away." Palermo's gesture demonstrates how the memory of Franco Baresi has transcended every geographical border, also reaching the other part of the world, where the club continues to strengthen its bond with the Italians and Sicilians who emigrated to Australia.
