Repubblica: “Catanzaro on the road to A. Rosanero anxious for Palumbo”
News: Palermo knows the name of the last obstacle before the playoff final: it will be Alberto Aquilani's Catanzaro. In the focus written by Alessandro Geraci for Repubblica Palermo, Catanzaro is described as a team that has profoundly changed over the course of the season. In fact, Repubblica Palermo highlights how Inzaghi built Palermo on defensive solidity and the protection of the area, while Aquilani proposes an opposite philosophy, based on building from the bottom and on the quality of the dribble. Repubblica Palermo in fact focuses on the figures of Pigliacelli and Di Francesco, both with particular motivations against Palermo. As reported by Repubblica Palermo, the Rosanero midfielder stopped during training due to a physical problem and his presence in Sunday's semi-final first leg remains highly in doubt.
