News: PALERMO – A sort of relay between former Rosanero coaches brings Silvio Baldini to the helm of the Italian national team. As Massimo Norrito explains in Repubblica Palermo, after Gattuso's experience, which ended bitterly in Zenica, it is now the Tuscan coach's turn to pick up the Azzurri legacy. Unlike Gattuso, who no longer had a concrete connection with the city after his farewell, Baldini made Palermo a second home. Baldini is deeply devoted to Santa Rosalia, a faith developed during his experience on the Rosanero bench. Then, as Massimo Norrito explains in Repubblica Palermo, it is easy to imagine a return to Mondello, among friends, traditions and the Palermo that he now considers home.
