Repubblica: “Nuovo Barbera, green light for the 380 million project:…
News: The Nuovo Barbera passes the most delicate stage of its administrative process and remains in the running to become one of the Euro 2032 stadiums. According to La Repubblica Palermo, the turning point came in the middle of the night, when the mayor Roberto Lagalla showed up at Palazzo Comitini, issuing an ultimatum to the majority: approve the resolution or consider the entire operation a failure. The agreement provides that Palermo FC presents a new Economic and Financial Plan (PEF) within sixty days, updated and consistent with the changes introduced. New public areas will also be built around the Barbera, designed to allow people to experience the neighborhood beyond football. In terms of the convention, Repubblica Palermo highlights that Palermo has obtained important changes compared to the initial version of the text.
