News: Palermo is ready to write a new page in its history. As Alessandro Geraci says in la Repubblica Palermo, it will be the first time, in over 125 years of the club's history, that the rosanero will face a summer preparation on the other side of the world. The first will be on 7 August at the Sam Kerr Center in Perth, where Palermo will face Melbourne City in the so-called "family derby" between two clubs belonging to the City Football Group. According to Alessandro Geraci on la Repubblica Palermo, the tour also represents an important international marketing operation. Upon their return, in fact, Palermo will be awaiting their debut in the Italian Cup, scheduled for 17 August at the Renzo Barbera stadium against Lecce.
