Repubblica: “Palermo, we fly to Australia”
News: Having archived the training camp in Santa Cristina Val Gardena, Palermo is ready to live one of the most significant experiences of their summer. As La Repubblica Palermo reports, Filippo Inzaghi's team will leave tomorrow for Australia to inaugurate the "Palermo Goes to Australia" project, an initiative designed to strengthen the bond between the Rosanero club and the numerous Sicilian communities present overseas. According to La Repubblica Palermo, the tour represents much more than a simple phase of summer preparation: the trip has in fact a strong strategic and identity value, with Palermo aiming to bring together thousands of Sicilian fans resident in Australia and consolidate its international presence. As Repubblica Palermo underlines again, both races will be held in Perth and will represent high-level s ahead of the start of the official season. The Australian tour will therefore represent an important opportunity both from a sporting point of view and in terms of the identity and international promotion of the Palermo brand.
