Repubblica: "The Barbera effect drags the rosanero team"
A Barbera has returned to being an authentic fort, with the Rosanero public increasingly protagonist. Palermo's 3-1 late win against Sampdoria saw 33,196 tickets issued, a new seasonal record and even higher than the numbers achieved in the triumphant 2013/14 season which culminated with promotion to Serie A. Alessandro Geraci on Repubblica Palermo highlighted the growth of rosanero passion. Everything takes on even more value considering the location of the match on Monday evening. Palermo-Sampdoria, Barbera sold out. For the match against the Blucerchiati, a total of 33,196 tickets were issued: 16,196 tickets were added to the 17,000 season ticket holders, which sold out quickly.
