News: The two, the first sole director of SSC Bari and his father, president of the Napoli board of directors and legal representative of Filmauro, are under investigation for the crimes of false corporate communications (2024 financial statement of Bari football) and fraudulent bankruptcy connected to the request to open the judicial liquidation procedure, presented due to the insolvency of the Bari sports club. Searches are underway at the offices of SSC Calcio, SSC Napoli and Filmauro srl as part of an investigation by the Guardia di Finanza, coordinated by the Bari Prosecutor's Office against Luigi and Aurelio De Laurentiis. The sale of Caprile is under the spotlight. There is the sale of a player, the goalkeeper Elia Caprile, among the objections raised by the Bari Prosecutor's Office against Luigi and Aurelio De Laurentiis. Added value which would actually materialize because Caprile was then sold to Cagliari Calcio for around 8 million euros. The recipients of the searches for this affair (not investigated) are the sports directors of Bari, Ciro Polito and Naples, Cristiano Giuntoli until June 2023 and Mauro Meluso from July 2023 to May 2024, as well as the sports agent of Caprile Graziano Battistini.
