Serious injury for Desplanches: the goalkeeper risks three months out
News: As reported by Rete8, the goalkeeper of Pescara (owned by Palermo) suffered a significant injury to the quadriceps of his left thigh. The risk is a stop of between two and three months and, consequently, his season could already be over prematurely. Desplanches came out in tears in the 34th minute of the first half in the match against Avellino, immediately causing concern about his condition. So far in the season, he had played all the matches for a total of 2,195 minutes, conceding 48 goals. Pescara could therefore evaluate the hiring of a goalkeeper from the list of free agents in view of the end of the season, which sees the Abruzzo team in last place in the standings.
