Sicilian newspaper: “Pohjanpalo without brakes”
News: One goal leads to another and Palermo continues to run on the broad shoulders of Joel Pohjanpalo. As Salvatore Orifici says in the Giornale di Sicilia, the pinks overturned the initial disadvantage thanks to their symbol man, increasingly the technical and emotional leader of the team. A fact that illustrates his centrality in Inzaghi’s project, as Salvatore Orifici once again underlines in the columns of the Giornale di Sicilia, and which explains why every ball that arrives in the area becomes potentially lethal. “I’m a striker and I always want to score goals,” explained Pohjanpalo after the match, reiterating a pure bomber’s mentality. A figure that certifies the strength of the group and the effectiveness of Inzaghi’s work, as highlighted again by Salvatore Orifici in the Giornale di Sicilia.
