The benevolent calendar must not be misleading: it’s time to grind…
News: Mister Inzaghi’s team is going through a moment of great continuity of results with ten consecutive useful results. The solidity shown in recent weeks has allowed the Rosanero to pull ahead of their pursuers, moving up to +7 on fifth-placed Modena and getting significantly closer to second-placed Frosinone, five points away. The fight for direct promotion now involves four teams: Palermo, Venezia, Monza and Frosinone, in a balance yet to be defined. Sampdoria, Virtus Entella, Südtirol, Pescara, Mantova and Carrarese will be the stages preceding the direct clash with Monza on 14 March. The strategy is clear: continuity, balance and quality, also thanks to the additions of the winter market such as Johnsen on the attacking midfield, to arrive at the decisive point in March still fully in the running for direct promotion.
