Transfer market: Pisa swoops in on Rao, offer coming soon?
News: Emanuele Rao has now become one of the most sought after profiles in the Serie B market. The Napoli winger born in 2006, currently involved in Dimaro's training camp with the Azzurri, is followed closely by Pisa, in pole position, and by other clubs, making his acquisition by Palermo difficult. The Italian club evaluates the transfer only on a dry loan, with an operation worth close to one million euros. Pisa has already presented a proposal and would have a clear advantage over its competitors, with Palermo continuing to monitor the situation while waiting for new developments. Napoli is banking heavily on the boy, just twenty years old, but the Azzurri believe that the best move is to loan him back to Serie B, to allow him to play and gain experience. The race between clubs to land him remains open, with the final decision likely to arrive in the next few days.
