Venice, Stroppa warns Palermo: «We want to finish in first place»
News: Venezia is already in Serie A, but Giovanni Stroppa doesn't want a drop in tension. On the eve of the match against Palermo, the orange-green coach spoke in a press conference reiterating the team's desire to finish the championship as leaders in front of their fans. Stroppa then dedicated words of great respect to Palermo and to Joel Pohjanpalo, a great ex of the Penzo match: «Pohjanpalo has demonstrated the value that he and all of Palermo have. Stroppa, however, preferred to postpone any discussion: «Right now I have to think about Palermo and I'm not thinking about anything else. Tomorrow evening the Penzo will be sold out to celebrate Venezia's return to the big leagues, but Stroppa wants to end the season with one last strong signal: beat Palermo and defend first place.
