Cesena, Klinsmann: “I feared I wouldn't be able to walk anymore” On the injury: “When Ranocchia hit me the first thing I said to myself was that this hurt, then I turned onto my back and felt my neck blocked, my head was bleeding, but I never lost consciousness or felt dizzy, which is why I got up and the game resumed. At the beginning I didn't understand the gravity of the situation, I just thought that the season was over and that I wouldn't be able to play 'my World Cup'. But then they explained to me that I risked never playing again and even not being able to walk and that was hard. On the disappointment of not having finished the season with Cesena and the desire to present myself well to the new coach Alessandro Diamanti: “I was sorry not to be able to finish the championship with Cesena, the first club where I felt I had everyone's trust and that I couldn't fight to be called up for the World Cup.
