Sampdoria will not have the support of their fans in Palermo. The Prefecture has ordered the closure of the Renzo Barbera Guest Sector and has prohibited the sale of tickets for all other sectors to residents in Liguria. As Il Secolo XIX reports, the decision came despite the contrary opinion of the Casms, which provided for the opening to non-Ligurians. The measure was greeted with disappointment by Sampdoria, who entrusted their position in a few words: «Palermo, once again, will be missing a part of us». According to Il Secolo XIX, a position from Federclubs and Assodisamp is also expected.
