"Palermo, October is a (almost) taboo: in the last four
October was not a particularly generous month with Palermo in the last seasons of Serie B. A curious fact more than a real alarm bell, but the numbers highlighted by Massimiliano Radicini tell a constant: in the last four years the rosanero never managed to exceed seven points in the course of the month. Now the team of Filippo Inzaghi has the opportunity to reverse the trend. The calendar offers four appointments: Saturday, October 10th the transfer of Empoli, then another trip to Mantua, the home race against the Carrarese and finally the transfer of Pisa. Three games out of four away from Renzo Barbera. A significant block of the season that, as Massimiliano Radicini points out, will not yet be able to issue definitive verdicts, but will allow Palermo to consolidate what was built on the first days.
