News: The Spanish newspaper underlines how the player's will was decisive in the negotiation. Despite the strong interest from Palermo, who had decidedly focused on the former Mallorca striker, Luvumbo would have chosen to wait for the Spanish club. According to Diario de Mallorca, Cagliari values the player's price at between 4 and 5 million euros, while Mallorca would have presented an offer close to 3 million. The newspaper also highlights that Palermo had pushed hard to buy him, but the player's desire to return to wear the Majorcan club's shirt decisively influenced the outcome of the negotiation. For Diario de Mallorca, barring any surprises, Luvumbo will soon become Mallorca's fourth summer signing.
