Palermo starts with the underdogs in the race for promotion to Serie A. This was stated by Christian Maifredi, Francesco Ruocco's agent, who spoke exclusively to PianetaSerieB. The agent, speaking of Serie B and the best-equipped teams, without hesitation indicated the Rosanero as the main candidate. «Palermo wins hands down, especially because today you have to make a calculation with the budget you have available», declared Maifredi. A clear judgement, linked above all to the economic possibilities of the club in building the squad. "If you have a lot, you can set up an important squad, if you have less money you have to be good at investing in young players or players who come from the lower category who have great qualities," he added.
