Palermo, Luvumbo finally fades away: the Angolan has chosen Mallorca
News: Zito Luvumbo is now one step away from leaving Cagliari again to move to Mallorca. The Angolan attacking winger, strongly linked to Palermo in the first few weeks of the transfer window, has decided to continue his career in Spain, effectively closing any possibility of joining the rosanero. Palermo had followed the 2002 class with great interest, identifying him as one of the main objectives to strengthen the right attacking lane. Cagliari and Mallorca are now defining the operation on the basis of a loan with obligation to buy. Barring any surprises, it will therefore be the Iberian club that will once again ensure the performance of the Angolan winger, forcing Palermo to definitively turn to other profiles to strengthen the offensive department.
