point on Serie B: Palermo flies, Mantua chases, Modena and
The eighth day of Serie B traces a clear groove in the top, gives avalanches of goals and leaves behind a trail of heavy verdicts, confirming once again the unpredictability of the cadet championship. Capolista Palermo continues its race without brakes exceeding 2-1 Carrarese at Barbera. Unlocking the match is Johnsen at the 26′′, but the Tuscans find the strength to equal the 74′ with Rubino; then Vavassori at the 80' to give the three points to the rosanero, which fly at 22 points in the standings. Behind him, he beat Mantua (17 points), which lands the field of Virtus Entella with a lightning goal of Gliozzi opening (12′). Among the most stringent results of the round is certainly the overwhelming victory of the Ascoli, which after having gone in disadvantage in Catanzaro (network of Koffi at 18′) overturns the game overturning the Calabrians with a historic 1-6.
