Second Category, brawl in Partanna Mondello: Daspo for 13 players
News: PALERMO – Heavy hand from the Police Headquarters after the serious acts of violence that occurred during a Second Category race. The Palermo Police Commissioner, at the end of an investigation conducted by the Anti-Crime Division of the State Police, issued 13 Daspos lasting one year against as many players from the Sferracavallo 2023 and Real Caccamo teams. The measures follow the violent brawl that broke out on March 2nd in Partanna Mondello, during a championship match. The investigations, conducted by the Digos staff of the Palermo Police Headquarters, were also based on the statements of the referee and the referee observer. At the end of a detailed investigation, the thirteen players held responsible for the brawl were identified, all of whom were subsequently reported.
