News: Trapani will play their home matches of the 2026/2027 season at the “Paolo Borsellino” Velodromo Stadium in Palermo. The announcement came directly from President Valerio Antonini, who through a long message published on his social channels communicated the green light obtained from the Municipality of Palermo and, at the same time, launched a very harsh attack on the institutions of the province of Trapani. «The club FC Trapani 1905 has obtained the authorization from the Municipality of Palermo for the home matches of the 2026/2027 season to be played at the Velodromo Stadium. According to Antonini, what happened would represent "a moral slap" to the local institutions, accused of having prevented the club from continuing to play at the Provincial stadium. The transfer of the internal races to the Velodrome therefore represents a historic turning point for Trapani, forced to temporarily leave the Provincial after the failure to reach an agreement with the body that owns the facility.
