2020-2021 SERIES C CHAMPIONSHIP – DECISIONS OF THE SPORTS JUDGE
The Sports Judge Not. Pasquale Marino, assisted by Irene Papi and the Representative of the A.I.A. Mr. Roberto Calabassi, in the meeting of 5 October 2020 adopted the resolution which is reported in full below:
RACE OF OCTOBER 4, 2020 – RACE CATANZARO – TRAPANI
The Sports Judge, having read the official documents
DETECT
– that the tender in question was not held due to no presentation of the Trapani company;
– that, pursuant to Article 55, paragraph 1) of the NOIF, the team that does not appear on the field is considered to have renounced;
– that the Trapani company appears to have renounced already on another previous occasion (see Official Notice n.
OBSERVE
– which, pursuant to art. 53, paragraph 5) of the NOIF, the second waiver results in exclusion from the relevant Championship as a sanction;
ALL OF THIS CONSIDERED
RESOLVES
1) to impose the sporting punishment for the loss of the game to the Trapani company with a score of 0 -3;
2) to exclude Trapani from the relevant championship.
